Meanings 

1. writs- 

It is a legal document issued by the court that orders a person or entity to perform a specific act or to cease performing a specific action or deed. In India, writs are issued by the Supreme Court under Article 32 of the Constitution of India and by the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. bicameralism-

A bicameral legislature is a legislature with two houses. The Indian Parliament consists of two houses- Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Few states in India also have bicameral legislature consisting of Vidhan Sabha and Vidhan Parishad, while others have a single house, i.e. Vidhan Sabha.

                              PREAMBLE We, the people of India, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCTRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens. JUSTICE , social , economic and political; LIBERTY   of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all.
